Know More About The Shipping

Shipping Information

We ship vape products to customers across Europe from our European and China warehouses. The shipping origin depends on product availability, destination country and the available shipping route.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.

Delivery Time

Most orders are expected to arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, shipping route, customs processing and local courier conditions.

Where Your Order Ships From

Depending on stock availability, your order may be shipped from our European warehouse or directly from China.

Products marked as EU Stock are normally dispatched from our European inventory when available. Other products may be shipped from China using our international shipping routes.

In some cases, one order may be shipped in separate parcels from different warehouses

EU Tax-Paid Delivery

For supported European Union (EU) destinations, we normally use tax-paid shipping routes.

Customs clearance and applicable import charges are handled through the shipping service, so customers normally do not need to pay additional customs duties or import taxes when the parcel arrives.

Tax-paid delivery applies to eligible products and available shipping routes.

Non-EU European Destinations

We also ship to selected European countries outside the European Union.

For non-EU destinations, tax-paid shipping may not be available. Customers may need to complete customs clearance and pay any applicable import duties, VAT or local handling fees.

We recommend checking your local import requirements before placing an order.

Tracking Updates

Tracking may not update immediately after shipment. For some routes, local tracking becomes active only after the parcel reaches Europe and is handed to the local carrier such as DHL, DPD.
